This website is operated by Slate Wine Academy LLC, which does business as Slate Wine & Spirits Academy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Slate Wine Academy LLC. Slate Wine & Spirits Academy is an Approved Programme Provider (APP) of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), authorized to deliver WSET qualifications in Wines (Levels 1 to 3), Spirits (Levels 1 and 2), and Sake (Levels 1 and 2).

These policies govern how we operate as a WSET APP and how we serve our students, candidates, educators, and partners. They apply to every person enrolled in, teaching, or supporting a WSET course delivered by Slate Wine & Spirits Academy, whether at our main classroom, at an approved satellite location, or through an approved online delivery model.

These policies are written to meet the requirements that WSET sets for its Approved Programme Providers and to comply with applicable United States and Florida law, including data protection obligations. Where a WSET policy establishes a minimum standard, our policy matches or exceeds it.

By registering for a course, sitting an exam, or using this website, you agree to the policies published here. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not register for a course or use the services on this site. We may update or replace these policies from time to time by posting revised versions; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
